Chicken Breast with Peanut Sauce

Instructions
  1. Cook chicken in oil 7-10 minutes until juices run clear. Remove from pan to warm plate.
  2. Coarsely chop half radishes.
  3. In drippings, stir in peanut butter, remaining ingredients and 2/3 cup water. Stir until smooth and heated.
  4. Pour sauce over chicken.
