Chicken Breast with Peanut Sauce

chicken breasts

bunch
radishes
1/4
cup
creamy peanut butter
2
tbsp
soy sauce
1
tsp
white wine vinegar
1/2
tsp
crushed red pepper
Instructions
Cook chicken in oil 7-10 minutes until juices run clear. Remove from pan to warm plate.
Coarsely chop half radishes.
In drippings, stir in peanut butter, remaining ingredients and 2/3 cup water. Stir until smooth and heated.
Pour sauce over chicken.
