Canola Oil

Rice Milk
(Can substitute with regular milk)

Bananas
Very Ripe

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
Beat canola oil, rice milk, and egg
Beat the mix and what you originally beat on medium speed
Add bananas
Pour into greased pan and bake for 55 to 70 minutes (until toothpick is clean when inserted in the center of the bread). The bread top will be brown.
Cool on rack for 5-10 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
