Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients from Step 1 list: eggs, sugar and oil together. Mix ingredients from Step 2 list: flour, cinnamon and vanilla. Add to egg/sugar mixture. Mix ingredients from Step 3 list: carrots, flour, salt and nuts. Add to egg/sugar/flour mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 45-60 minutes in oblong cake pan. Cook topping ingredients over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour topping over cake while both are hot.
