Leslie B’s Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 3/4 Cup Rice Milk (Can substitute with regular milk)
- 1 egg
- 3 Bananas Very Ripe
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
- Beat canola oil, rice milk, and egg
- Beat the mix and what you originally beat on medium speed
- Add bananas
- Pour into greased pan and bake for 55 to 70 minutes (until toothpick is clean when inserted in the center of the bread). The bread top will be brown.
- Cool on rack for 5-10 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
