Chicken Breast with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 medium chicken breasts
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions
- Cook chicken in oil 7-10 minutes until juices run clear. Remove from pan to warm plate.
- Coarsely chop half radishes.
- In drippings, stir in peanut butter, remaining ingredients and 2/3 cup water. Stir until smooth and heated.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
